Annual Open Exhibition
The Exhibition, open to non-members, is held in the Victoria Art Gallery every year. It is the highlight of the Society’s calendar and a big social event not just for Bath's artistic community, but also for others in the wider locality.
Our 121st Open Exhibition opens at the Victoria Art Gallery on Saturday19th September until Saturday 7th November 2026.
Non member artists can gain access to their OESS account via https://bathsocietyofartists.oess1.uk/ and click on ‘What Next?’ in order to find out next steps.
Iif artists have one work in then they may collect the other at the end of the exhibition to avoid unnecessary travel.
If requesting a courier collection, please allow a week from the exhibition opening before booking a courier to call, so we have time to pack the work. We will also need the name of the courier and the date of calling so we can advise the gallery. Do avoid booking the courier for a Monday when the gallery is closed. Please note that we are unable to return artwork by post using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL or similar.
